Magdaleena is a Spa, wellness, and retail consultant with more than 15 years of experience in the industry having worked at iconic luxury hotels and spas like the Ritz-Carlton Bacara, La Mer Spa at Baccarat, Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, and most recently as the opening General Manager for the highly anticipated Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles. Magdaleena has a niche for Spa openings and restructuring with a keen eye for setting high guest service standards, elevated experiences, Five Star training, team building and business profitability. Magdaleena’s passion lies in creating truly unique and impactful experiences while always paying homage to ancient modalities and at the same time discovering forward thinking technologies. Patricija Miklusiene

Patricija is a spa, beauty, wellness consultant and coach with over 15 years experience in the industry.

Patricija has grown her career in various business development and management roles for premium global wellness and spa brands helping to increase their businesses exponentially by implementing strategic marketing and operational plans while creating highly successful teams. In addition, Patricija has helped successfully launch beauty start-ups and wellness locations and has turned spas into award-winning profitable locations through her knowledge and passion for creating meaningful concepts and experiences.

Patricija has a passion for health optimization and well-ageing while living a harmonious, fulfilling lifestyle. Through her calling of bringing dreams and visions to life, she hopes to continuously contribute to the happiness and well-being of the world.
