Large shows can be pretty demanding, so it's a bonus when you're able to carve out 15min of me time! That's exactly what I managed to do during my 1st day at the #ibtmworld expo yesterday, in-between some great sessions and very productive meetings. Trying out some high tech wellness gadgets, designed for professional athletes, used at some of the high-end spas, and run by the best in the business.
